1. Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this Bonus Plan (the “Plan”) is to establish a clear framework for rewarding eligible employees for their contributions to the achievement of {{company_name}}’s strategic goals and financial performance. The Plan aims to:

b) Align individual and team performance with company objectives.

2. Eligibility
