AGREEMENT FOR PERMISSION TO SUBLET

This Agreement is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of [Your Country], with its registered office at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Employer");

AND

1. PREMISES

The Company hereby grants the Employee permission to sublet the residential premises located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Premises"), which are provided by the Company as employee accommodation.

2. SUBTENANT DETAILS

The Employee shall provide the Company with the full name and contact details of the proposed subtenant, {{subtenant_name}} of {{subtenant_address}}, including copies of their identification documents, for approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed subtenant in its sole discretion.

3. TERMS OF SUBLETTING

The rental amount payable by the subtenant to the Employee shall not exceed {{currency}}{{rental_amount}} per {{rental_period}}.

The Employee shall promptly inform the Company of any issues or breaches by the subtenant.

4. EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that they remain fully liable for all obligations under the original tenancy agreement with the Company, including but not limited to the payment of rent, utilities, and maintenance of the Premises, regardless of the subletting arrangement.

The Employee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to the subletting arrangement, including any acts or omissions of the subtenant.

5. COMPANY'S RIGHTS

The Company reserves the right to terminate this permission to sublet at any time by giving {{notice_period}} written notice to the Employee, should the subletting arrangement be deemed detrimental to the Company's interests or in breach of the terms of this Agreement.

The Company may conduct inspections of the Premises with reasonable notice.

6. GOVERNING LAW

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
