Employee Photo and Recording Release

I, {{employee_name}}, residing at {{employee_address}}, hereby grant {{company_name}} ("the Company"), its representatives, employees, and agents, the irrevocable right and permission to use my likeness, image, voice, and/or performance in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and/or any other media (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Recordings") without compensation.

Purpose of Use

I understand and agree that these Recordings may be used by the Company for any legitimate business purpose, including but not limited to, promotional materials, advertising, marketing, internal communications, training materials, public relations, social media, websites, and annual reports. I acknowledge that the Company may use these Recordings in various formats and across all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

Ownership of Recordings

I agree that the Company shall be the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to these Recordings, including all copyrights, and that the Company may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, and sublicense these Recordings without further consent or compensation to me.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness, image, voice, and/or performance appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Recordings. I release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Voluntary Consent

I affirm that my participation in any Recordings is voluntary and that I have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding this release. I understand that I am not obligated to participate in any Recordings if I do not wish to do so.

Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.
