MODEL RELEASE AND PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS

I, {{model_name}}, residing at {{model_address}}, hereby irrevocably grant to {{company_name}} (the "Company"), its successors, assignees, and licensees, the right to photograph me and to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photographs, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like (collectively "Materials").

Purpose of Use

I understand and agree that these Materials may be used by the Company for various purposes, including but not limited to, promotional materials, advertising, marketing, public relations, educational purposes, internal communications, company website, social media, and other legitimate business purposes.

The Company may use these Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, print, television, film, radio, internet, and digital platforms.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy, or any other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the eventual use to which it may be applied.

I release the Company from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

Compensation

I acknowledge that I will receive {{compensation_details}} as consideration for this release and for the rights granted herein. I understand that no further compensation will be paid to me in connection with the use of the Materials.

Representations and Warranties

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Model Release and to grant the rights granted herein. If I am under the age of eighteen (18) years, my parent or legal guardian has signed this release below, granting consent on my behalf.

I further represent and warrant that I have read this Model Release and fully understand its contents, and that I am signing it voluntarily and of my own free will.

Governing Law

This Model Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{jurisdiction_country}}. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Model Release shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{jurisdiction_country}}.
