RELEASE AND PERMISSION TO USE TESTIMONIAL AND PHOTOGRAPHS

I, {{full_name}}, residing at {{address}}, hereby irrevocably grant to {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), its successors, assigns, and licensees, the perpetual right and permission to use my testimonial and/or photographs as described below, without any compensation to me.

Testimonial Details

I confirm that this testimonial is true and accurately reflects my genuine opinion and experience.

Photograph Details

I grant the Company permission to use photographs, images, or video footage in which I appear, taken on or about {{date_of_photograph}} at {{location_of_photograph}}.

This permission extends to any and all uses, including but not limited to, reproduction, distribution, display, publication, and performance of such photographs/footage in any medium, including print, electronic, and digital platforms.

Purpose of Use

I understand and agree that my testimonial and/or photographs may be used by the Company for promotional, marketing, advertising, public relations, and general business purposes, including but not limited to, inclusion on websites, social media channels, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Waiver of Rights

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, video, or audio, that may be created in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.

I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my testimonial and/or photographs.

Representations and Warranties

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Release and grant the rights herein.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of my testimonial and/or photographs as permitted herein, including but not limited to, claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.
