TALENT RELEASE FORM

I, the undersigned, {{talent_name}}, residing at {{talent_address}}, email: {{talent_email}}, phone number: {{talent_phone}}, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby irrevocably grant to {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), its successors, assigns, and licensees, the right to film, videotape, photograph, record, or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance, and likeness, in whole or in part, in any and all manner and media, perpetually and throughout the world, for any and all legitimate business purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing, internal communications, and training materials.

Ownership of Materials

I acknowledge and agree that the Company shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all recordings, photographs, and other reproductions created hereunder, including all copyrights. The Company shall have the right to use, modify, edit, distribute, and display such materials without any further approval from me.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the eventual use to which it may be applied. I further release and discharge the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and licensees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or hereafter for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim arising out of the use of my voice, appearance, or likeness.

No Remuneration

I understand and agree that I will receive no financial compensation or other remuneration for the use of my voice, appearance, or likeness under the terms of this Release, beyond the consideration already acknowledged herein (if any).

Representation of Authority

I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full right and authority to enter into this Release. If the talent is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must sign below.

Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between me and the Company regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
