House Rental Agreement
This House Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, By and Between:
Landlord: {{landlord_name}}, residing at {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Landlord')
And
Tenant: {{tenant_name}}, residing at {{tenant_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tenant')
(Collectively referred to as the 'Parties')
1. Property Details
The Landlord hereby agrees to lease to the Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to lease from the Landlord, the residential property located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Premises').

2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{term_duration}} (e.g., one year, six months), ending on {{end_date}}.
3. Rent
The monthly rent for the Premises shall be {{currency}}{{rent_amount}} ({{rent_amount_words}}) payable in advance on the {{due_day}} day of each calendar month to the Landlord at {{landlord_payment_address}} or into such bank account as the Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.

4. Security Deposit

The security deposit shall be held by the Landlord as security for the Tenant's performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation the payment of rent and any damages caused to the Premises by the Tenant, their guests, or pets. The security deposit shall be returned to the Tenant within {{days_to_return_deposit}} days after the termination of this Agreement, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent, as provided by law.
5. Utilities

6. Maintenance and Repairs
The Landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the Premises and for all major repairs, except for those caused by the Tenant's negligence or misuse.
The Tenant shall be responsible for keeping the Premises clean and in good order, and for minor repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to, {{tenant_maintenance_responsibilities}}.
The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs.
7. Use of Premises
The Premises shall be used solely for residential purposes by the Tenant and their immediate family, specifically {{number_of_occupants}} occupants.
No illegal activities shall be conducted on the Premises. No pets allowed unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Landlord.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{notice_period}} days written notice to the other party.
The Landlord may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a material breach of any term by the Tenant, including but not limited to non-payment of rent or damage to the Premises.
9. Governing Law

10. Entire Agreement
