Testator Information

I, {{testator_full_name}}, currently residing at {{testator_address}}, in the city of {{testator_city}}, {{testator_state_province}}, {{testator_country}}, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.

Family Information

I am single and have the following children:

Appointment of Executor

I nominate and appoint {{executor_full_name}}, of {{executor_address}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, then I nominate and appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}}, of {{alternate_executor_address}}, as an alternate Executor. My Executor shall have all powers granted by law to carry out the provisions of this Will.

Appointment of Guardian for Minor Children

In the event that I die while any of my children are minors, I nominate and appoint {{guardian_full_name}}, of {{guardian_address}}, as the legal guardian of their persons and estates. If {{guardian_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, then I nominate and appoint {{alternate_guardian_full_name}}, of {{alternate_guardian_address}}, as an alternate legal guardian.

Distribution of Assets

I direct my Executor to distribute my assets as follows:

1. Specific Bequests:

I give and bequeath {{specific_asset_1_description}} to {{beneficiary_1_full_name}}, of {{beneficiary_1_address}}.

I give and bequeath {{specific_asset_2_description}} to {{beneficiary_2_full_name}}, of {{beneficiary_2_address}}.

2. Residuary Estate:

I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, to my children, {{child_1_full_name}}, {{child_2_full_name}}, and {{child_3_full_name}}, in equal shares, per stirpes. If any of my children predecease me, their share shall pass to their direct descendants, if any, per stirpes. If a child predeceases me leaving no direct descendants, their share shall be divided proportionally among my surviving children or their direct descendants, per stirpes.

Trust for Minor Beneficiaries

If any of my children are under the age of {{trust_age_limit}} at the time of my death, their share of my estate shall be held in trust by my Executor, as Trustee, until they reach the age of {{trust_age_limit}}. The Trustee shall have the power to use so much of the income and principal of the trust as the Trustee deems necessary for the health, support, maintenance, and education of such child. Upon reaching the age of {{trust_age_limit}}, the remaining trust assets shall be distributed outright to such child.

Debts and Expenses

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of administering my estate, as soon as practicable after my death.

No Contest Clause

If any beneficiary under this Will directly or indirectly contests or attacks this Will or any of its provisions, any share or interest in my estate given to that contesting beneficiary shall be revoked and shall be disposed of as if that contesting beneficiary had predeceased me without issue.
