EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{date_of_agreement}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:
{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its registered office located at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”);
AND
{{employee_name}}, an adult residing at {{employee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”).
1. Position and Duties
1.1 The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the capacity of {{position_title}}.
1.2 The Employee shall diligently and faithfully perform such duties and responsibilities as are customary to the position of {{position_title}}, and as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer. These duties include, but are not limited to, {{list_of_duties_and_responsibilities}}.
1.3 The Employee shall report directly to {{reporting_manager_name}}.
2. Commencement Date and Duration
2.1 This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue indefinitely until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2.2 A probationary period of {{probationary_period_months}} months shall apply from the commencement date, during which either party may terminate this Agreement by giving {{probationary_notice_period_days}} days' written notice.
3. Remuneration and Benefits
3.1 The Employee shall be paid a gross monthly salary of {{monthly_salary_currency}} {{monthly_salary_amount}}, payable on the {{payroll_date}} of each month.
3.2 The Employee shall be entitled to {{number_of_annual_leave_days}} days of paid annual leave per annum, and {{number_of_sick_leave_days}} days of paid sick leave per annum.

4. Working Hours
4.1 The Employee’s normal working hours shall be from {{start_time}} to {{end_time}}, Monday to Friday, with a {{lunch_break_duration}} lunch break. Reasonable additional hours may be required as per business needs.
4.2 Overtime will be compensated in accordance with {{country}} labour laws.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Employer. The Employee agrees not to disclose such information to any third party during or after the termination of employment.
5.2 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, {{list_of_confidential_information_examples}}.
6. Termination of Employment
6.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving {{notice_period_months}} months' written notice.
6.2 The Employer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without notice in cases of serious misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of company policy by the Employee, in accordance with applicable labour laws.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{country}}.
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Employer and the Employee, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
