Notice of Termination of Tenancy-At-Will

Please take this as formal notice that your tenancy-at-will at the property located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Property") is hereby terminated.

This termination will be effective {{notice_period}} days from the date of this notice, specifically on {{termination_date}}. You are required to vacate the Property and remove all of your personal belongings on or before this date.

Reason for Termination (Optional)

Condition of Property and Outstanding Payments

Upon vacating, the Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and in the same state as it was at the commencement of your tenancy.
