DECLARATION

I, {{testator_full_name}}, of {{testator_address}}, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils made by me.

EXECUTOR

I nominate and appoint {{executor_full_name}}, of {{executor_address}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, then I nominate and appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}}, of {{alternate_executor_address}}, as the Alternate Executor.

GUARDIANSHIP OF MINOR CHILDREN

I appoint {{guardian_full_name}}, of {{guardian_address}}, as the legal guardian of my minor children, {{child_1_full_name}} (born {{child_1_dob}}) and {{child_2_full_name}} (born {{child_2_dob}}), until they reach the age of majority. If {{guardian_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, then I appoint {{alternate_guardian_full_name}}, of {{alternate_guardian_address}}, as the Alternate Guardian.

DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS

I direct my Executor to distribute my entire estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, to my children, {{child_1_full_name}} and {{child_2_full_name}}, in equal shares. If any of my children predecease me, their share shall be distributed to their issue per stirpes. If any of my children predecease me without issue, their share shall be distributed to my surviving children in equal shares.

Should for any reason whatsoever my children and their issue predecease me, I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate to {{contingent_beneficiary_full_name}}, of {{contingent_beneficiary_address}}.

TRUST FOR MINOR BENEFICIARIES

If any beneficiary named in this Will is a minor at the time of my death and is entitled to receive assets under this Will, I direct that such assets shall be held in trust for such minor beneficiary by {{trustee_full_name}}, of {{trustee_address}}, as Trustee. The Trustee shall have full power and discretion to manage, invest, and apply the income and principal of the trust for the benefit of the minor beneficiary until they reach the age of {{trust_age}} years, at which time the remaining trust assets shall be distributed outright to the beneficiary.

DEBTS AND EXPENSES

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of administering my estate as soon as practicable after my death.

TESTAMENTARY CAPACITY

I declare that I am of sound mind, memory, and understanding, and not under any duress or undue influence, and that I make this Will freely and voluntarily.

WITNESSES
