Position Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. The COO will provide leadership and vision to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Leadership & Execution:**

- Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures in alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

**Operational Management:**

- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.).

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

Qualifications

**Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

**Experience:**

- Minimum of {{number_of_years}} years of experience in a senior leadership role, with at least {{number_of_years_in_operations}} years in operations management.

- Proven experience as COO or relevant role.

Reporting Structure & Collaboration

The COO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This individual will work closely with other executive team members including the CFO, CMO, and CTO, to ensure seamless integration across all departments and alignment with overall business objectives. Regular collaboration is expected for strategic planning, budget allocation, and problem-solving.

Performance will be measured against the following key indicators:
