Job Summary
The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's entire IT infrastructure, including network, server, storage, and cloud environments. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of all IT systems to support business operations and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of all network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
Manage IT infrastructure projects, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT systems.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their infrastructure needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT infrastructure services.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience with network architecture, server administration, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position. Standard office hours apply, but occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or emergencies.
The role may require occasional travel to remote offices or data centers.
