Job Summary

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to senior management and executives, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.

• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

• Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, acting as a primary point of contact for the executive office.

Qualifications
