Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to the finance department and other business units. This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including actual vs. budget performance.
Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business cases.
Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insightful analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
