Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives, and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

• Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure adherence to financial targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies, including but not limited to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and the Companies Act.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Identify and implement new business opportunities and improvements to existing operations.

Qualifications and Experience
