Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent, and fosters a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
