Job Summary

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to our legal team, assisting with legal research, document preparation, and case management. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis, preparing memoranda, summaries, and reports.

Draft and review legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence.

Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with clients and external parties.

Prepare for and assist during trials, hearings, and arbitrations as required.

Organize and manage legal documents and evidence, ensuring proper indexing and accessibility.

Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information under attorney supervision.

Perform administrative duties as assigned to support the legal department’s operations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
