Job Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within {{company_name}}. Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and gathering feedback from hiring teams.
5. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
6. Maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
8. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and local labor laws related to recruitment.
9. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
