Programme Purpose

The Employee of the Month programme reinforces a culture of excellence at {{company_name}} by formally recognising employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, embody company values, and inspire their colleagues.

Eligibility

  • Permanent employees who have completed probation
  • Employees not currently subject to disciplinary action
  • All grades and departments are eligible

Nomination Process

  1. Any employee may nominate a colleague via the internal nomination form
  2. Nominations close on the 25th of each month
  3. HR validates eligibility and forwards qualifying nominations to the panel
  4. Panel reviews and selects the winner by majority vote
  5. Winner announced on the first working day of the following month
