Programme Purpose
The Employee of the Month programme reinforces a culture of excellence at {{company_name}} by formally recognising employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, embody company values, and inspire their colleagues.
Eligibility
- Permanent employees who have completed probation
- Employees not currently subject to disciplinary action
- All grades and departments are eligible
Nomination Process
- Any employee may nominate a colleague via the internal nomination form
- Nominations close on the 25th of each month
- HR validates eligibility and forwards qualifying nominations to the panel
- Panel reviews and selects the winner by majority vote
- Winner announced on the first working day of the following month
