SALES COMMISSION PLAN AGREEMENT

This Sales Commission Plan Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of {{effective_date}}, by and between {{company_name}} ("Company") and {{employee_name}} ("Employee").

WHEREAS, the Company desires to provide an incentive compensation program for its sales employees; and

WHEREAS, the Employee is employed by the Company in a sales capacity and is eligible to participate in the Company’s sales commission plan as set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Sales Commission Plan is to reward the Employee for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of {{company_name}}. This plan outlines the commission structure, eligibility criteria, and payment terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This plan applies to all full-time sales employees of {{company_name}} in the position of {{employee_position}}. To be eligible for commission payments, the Employee must be actively employed by the Company on the date commissions are paid. Termination of employment for any reason prior to the payment date will result in forfeiture of any unpaid commission.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

5. PAYMENT TERMS
