PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
This Performance Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'the Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

1. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this Agreement is to clearly define the performance expectations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives for the Employee for the performance period commencing {{start_date}} and ending {{end_date}}. This Agreement serves as a framework for assessing the Employee's contribution and development within the Company.

3. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND MEASUREMENT
Performance will be measured against the targets and deadlines specified for each objective. The following standards will apply:

4. DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT

5. REVIEW AND FEEDBACK

6. CONSEQUENCES OF PERFORMANCE

6.2. Meeting Expectations: Continued employment and opportunities for growth.
6.3. Below Expectations: A performance improvement plan will be implemented, and further action may be taken in accordance with Company policy and relevant labour legislation.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information contained within this Agreement, and discussions pertaining to performance, shall be treated as confidential by both parties.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Performance Agreement.
