VOLUNTARY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Voluntary Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} (the "Effective Date")

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of {{country_of_incorporation}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "The Organisation");

AND

{{volunteer_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{volunteer_id_number}}), residing at {{volunteer_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "The Volunteer").

Collectively, The Organisation and The Volunteer shall be referred to as "the Parties" and individually as "Party".

1. BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

1.1 The Organisation is engaged in {{organisation_description}}.

1.2 The Volunteer desires to offer their services on a voluntary basis to The Organisation for the purpose of {{purpose_of_voluntary_service}}.

1.3 This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which The Volunteer will provide voluntary services to The Organisation.

2. DURATION OF AGREEMENT

2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until {{end_date_of_service}} (the "Termination Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

2.2 This Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of both Parties.

3. SCOPE OF VOLUNTARY SERVICES

3.1 The Volunteer agrees to provide the following services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") to The Organisation: {{description_of_services}}.

3.2 The Volunteer will report to {{supervisor_name}} ({{supervisor_title}}) for the duration of the voluntary service.

3.3 The estimated time commitment for the Services is approximately {{hours_per_week}} hours per week, or {{hours_per_month}} hours per month.

4. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

4.1 The Parties acknowledge and agree that The Volunteer is providing services strictly on a voluntary basis and is not an employee, independent contractor, partner, or agent of The Organisation.

4.2 This Agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, and The Volunteer shall not be entitled to any employee benefits, remuneration, or compensation of any kind from The Organisation.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 The Volunteer agrees to keep confidential all non-public information, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, client lists, and operational procedures, acquired during the course of providing the Services.

5.2 This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Any intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, created or developed by The Volunteer in the course of providing the Services under this Agreement shall belong solely to The Organisation. The Volunteer hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such intellectual property to The Organisation.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

7.1 The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Organisation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with The Volunteer’s performance of the Services, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Organisation.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing {{notice_period_days}} days' written notice to the other Party.

8.2 The Organisation may terminate this Agreement immediately if The Volunteer breaches any material term of this Agreement or engages in conduct detrimental to The Organisation's interests.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{applicable_country_law}}.

9.2 The Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{applicable_country_jurisdiction}} for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

10.2 No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both Parties.
