Release and Permission to Use Testimonial and Photographs

I, {{individual_name}}, residing at {{individual_address}}, hereby grant {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), its agents, employees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and copyright my testimonial and photographs taken of me on {{date_of_photograph}} or at any time in connection with my engagement with the Company.

Testimonial Grant

I voluntarily provide the following testimonial:

I affirm that this testimonial is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and is provided without coercion or undue influence. I understand that the Company may modify or edit the testimonial for clarity, grammar, or length, provided that the original meaning is not substantially altered.

Photograph Grant

I grant the Company the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute photographs, images, or likenesses of me, in whole or in part, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith.

Purpose of Use

I understand and agree that the testimonial and photographs may be used for legitimate business purposes of the Company, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, public relations, and internal communications, to promote the Company's products, services, or brand.

Waiver of Compensation and Royalties

I acknowledge that I shall receive no compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my testimonial or photographs. I waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product, including any written copy, that may be used in conjunction therewith. I further release the Company from any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or any other cause of action whatsoever arising out of the use of my testimonial and/or photographs.

Term and Revocation

This release shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date of my signature below, unless revoked by me in writing upon reasonable notice to the Company. However, I understand that any materials already published or distributed prior to such revocation may continue to be used.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country Name].

Voluntary Agreement
