1. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE SERVICES

This Event Contract (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on {{date}}, by and between {{company_name}} ("the Provider") and {{client_name}} ("the Client").

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider agrees to provide the following event management services (the "Services") to the Client:

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation by the Client:

- If cancellation occurs {{number_of_days_before_event}} days or more before the event date, the deposit is forfeited.

- If cancellation occurs less than {{number_of_days_before_event}} days before the event date, {{cancellation_refund_percentage}}% of the total fee will be due, in addition to the forfeited deposit.

In the event of cancellation by the Provider:

- The Provider may cancel this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such a case, all monies paid by the Client will be refunded within {{number_of_days_for_refund}} business days and the Provider will not be liable for any further compensation.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

- Provide timely access to all necessary information, venues, and personnel.

- Make decisions and provide approvals in a timely manner.

- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses for the event are obtained (if applicable).

- Designate a primary contact person for all communication with the Provider.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client's event, except for those directly caused by the Provider's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, or strikes.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
