Delete your MyBizBox account
You can permanently delete your MyBizBox account, all business data you have created, and any linked WhatsApp Business Account connection. Below are the two supported ways to request deletion.
Option 1 — In app (fastest)
Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period (in case you change your mind).
Option 2 — Public request form
If you no longer have access to your account (lost password, closed email, etc.), submit the form below and our privacy team will verify your identity within 5 business days before scheduling deletion. Deletion completes within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your MyBizBox account, profile, and login credentials.
- All business documents, contacts, quotes, invoices, and CRM data you own.
- Any connected WhatsApp Business Account tokens (connection is severed and tokens erased).
- Any AI memory / assistant history attributed to your user.
- Backups are purged within 90 days of the deletion completing.
Some records are retained where the law requires (e.g. tax invoices for 5 years under SARS rules). These are stored in a restricted archive and are not used for any other purpose.
