This includes fulfilling professional responsibilities diligently, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating respect for colleagues, parents, and the wider community. Educators should avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts promptly.
Relationship with Colleagues and Staff
Educators shall treat colleagues and support staff with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Collaboration, open communication, and mutual support are encouraged. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, gossip, or undermining of colleagues is unacceptable.

Confidentiality and Privacy
Educators must respect the confidentiality and privacy of student information, educational records, and sensitive institutional data. Disclosure of such information is only permissible with appropriate consent or as required by law.
