1. Purpose

The purpose of this Attendance Policy is to establish clear guidelines and expectations regarding employee attendance and punctuality. Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial for the efficient operation of {{company_name}} and to ensure that all employees can fulfill their responsibilities effectively. This policy aims to promote a fair and consistent approach to attendance management, minimize disruptions, and maintain a productive work environment.

2. Scope

4. Punctuality
