Employees must protect the Company's confidential information, including proprietary business information, trade secrets, financial data, and customer information. This obligation continues even after employment with the Company ends. Employees must also adhere to all applicable data protection laws and the Company's privacy policies when handling personal data of employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
7. Fair Competition

8. Reporting Violations and Non-Retaliation
