1. Introduction

2. Scope and Application

To ensure fair treatment and equal opportunities in all aspects of employment, including recruitment, training, promotion, and remuneration.

To promote a culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered.

5. Responsibilities

**Management:** Leadership is responsible for championing and implementing this policy, ensuring compliance, and creating an inclusive environment.

**Employees:** All employees are responsible for upholding the principles of this policy, treating colleagues with respect, and reporting any violations.

**Human Resources:** The HR department is responsible for developing and monitoring DEI initiatives, providing training, and handling complaints related to this policy.

6. Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity
