1. Policy Statement

2. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Policy is to define clear guidelines and procedures for responding to various emergency situations, including but not limited to, fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and security threats. This Policy applies to all employees, temporary staff, contractors, and visitors within {{company_name}} premises located at {{company_address}}.

3. Emergency Procedures

3.1. General Emergency Response:

a. Remain calm and assess the situation.

b. If immediate danger is present, activate the nearest alarm or alert relevant personnel.

d. Do not re-enter an evacuated building until cleared by emergency services.

3.2. Fire Emergency:
