The EAP aims to assist employees in resolving issues that may affect their well-being, job performance, and overall quality of life.

5. Accessing the EAP

Employees can access the EAP services directly and voluntarily by contacting the EAP provider via the dedicated helpline: {{eap_helpline_number}} or website: {{eap_website}}.

Supervisors or managers may also suggest that an employee contact the EAP if they observe changes in performance or behaviour that suggest personal difficulties. However, the decision to utilise the EAP remains solely with the employee.
