1. Policy Statement

This Employee Referral Program is designed to reward employees for referring individuals who are subsequently hired and contribute to the company's success. This policy aims to streamline the recruitment process, attract top talent, and foster a collaborative environment where employees actively participate in building our team.
2. Eligibility
All current employees of {{company_name}} are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program, with the following exceptions:
a. Members of the Human Resources Department involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
b. Hiring Managers for the referred position.
c. Senior management (Directors and above) for referrals to positions reporting directly to them.
d. Referrals for temporary, contract, or intern positions are generally not eligible unless specifically stated for a particular recruitment drive.
e. Employees involved in the interview or direct hiring decision-making process for the referred candidate.
3. Eligible Referrals
An eligible referral is a candidate who:
a. Has not been previously employed by {{company_name}} within the last {{number_of_months}} months.
b. Has not been previously referred by another employee within the last {{number_of_months}} months and is not already in the company's applicant tracking system.
c. Is not an unsolicited applicant who has applied directly to {{company_name}} within the last {{number_of_months}} months.

4. Referral Process
To ensure a referral is formally recognized, employees must follow these steps:
a. Obtain the candidate's explicit consent to be referred before submitting their information.
b. Complete the official Employee Referral Form, available from the Human Resources Department or on the company intranet.
c. Submit the completed form along with the candidate's updated CV/Resume to the Human Resources Department via {{email_address_for_referrals}} or the designated online portal.
d. The referral must be made *before* the candidate formally applies for a position or is contacted by {{company_name}} for an open role.
e. Referrals will remain active for a period of {{number_of_months}} months from the date of submission. After this period, a new referral submission is required.
5. Referral Bonus
A referral bonus will be awarded to the referring employee under the following conditions:
a. The referred candidate is hired into a full-time or permanent part-time position.

e. Maintaining confidentiality of all referral information.
7. Policy Review and Amendments
