1. Name and Location
1.1 The name of the company shall be {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').
1.2 The principal office of the Company shall be located at {{company_address}}, or such other place as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate.
2. Purpose and Objectives
2.1 The purpose of the Company shall be to {{state_company_purpose}}.
2.2 The Company shall have all powers necessary or convenient to effect its purposes, as permitted by applicable law.
3. Membership
3.1 Eligibility: Membership in the Company shall be open to {{membership_eligibility_criteria}}.
3.2 Admission: Applications for membership shall be submitted to the Board of Directors in writing and shall require approval by a {{percentage}} majority vote of the Board.

8. Dispute Resolution
