1. Policy Statement

2. Objectives

The objectives of this Health and Safety Policy are to:

a) Establish and maintain clear responsibilities and accountabilities for health and safety at all levels.

b) Identify, assess, and control hazards and risks arising from our operations.

c) Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment and a safe system of work.

d) Ensure safe handling and use of substances.

e) Provide information, instruction, training, and supervision to employees to enable them to perform their work safely.

f) Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.

g) Consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety.

h) Regularly monitor and review health and safety performance to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Responsibilities

**3.1. Management Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and review this health and safety policy.

- Provide adequate resources to meet health and safety objectives.

- Ensure that all employees receive appropriate health and safety training.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures.

- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

- Promote a positive health and safety culture.

**3.2. Employee Responsibilities:**

- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others.

- Co-operate with management on health and safety matters.

- Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.

- Use all machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.

- Attend all required health and safety training.

4. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control
