MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION
This Memorandum of Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as “MOC”) is entered into between:
PARTY A
{{party_a_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{party_a_country}}, with its principal place of business at {{party_a_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”).
PARTY B

Hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties” and individually as “Party”.
PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, the Parties possess complementary interests, expertise, and resources;
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to explore avenues for cooperation and collaboration in areas of mutual interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby declare their intent to cooperate under the terms and conditions set forth in this MOC.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The primary purpose of this MOC is to establish a framework for cooperation between Party A and Party B to:

The Parties shall collaborate on activities aimed at achieving these objectives, which may include, but are not limited to, information exchange, joint research, capacity building, and mutual support.

Termination of this MOC shall not affect the validity or duration of specific projects or activities that have been initiated and agreed upon prior to the termination, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
NON-BINDING NATURE
This MOC expresses the mutual intentions of the Parties and is not legally binding. It does not create any legally enforceable rights or obligations on either Party. Any specific projects, commitments, or financial undertakings shall be subject to separate written agreements.
This MOC is intended to foster a spirit of cooperation and understanding between the Parties.
GOVERNING PRINCIPLES
The Parties agree to conduct their cooperative activities hereunder based on principles of mutual respect, transparency, equality, and mutual benefit.
