e. **Access Control Systems:** Monitoring of employee entry and exit from company premises using access cards or biometric systems.

f. **Workstation Activity:** Monitoring of software usage, file access, and general activity on company-issued computers to ensure productivity, data security, and compliance with company policies.

Justification for Monitoring

Monitoring activities are conducted for legitimate business purposes, including:

a. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

b. Protecting company assets, intellectual property, and confidential information.

c. Preventing and investigating fraud, theft, and other misconduct.

d. Maintaining the security and integrity of company systems and networks.

e. Ensuring employee safety and well-being.

f. Optimising operational efficiency and productivity.

Employee Rights and Responsibilities

b. **Access and Correction:** Employees may request access to their personal information collected through monitoring and have the right to request correction of inaccurate data, subject to legal limitations.

c. **Confidentiality:** Information collected through monitoring will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be accessed by authorised personnel for legitimate purposes.
