1. Purpose and Scope
This Transport Policy outlines the guidelines and regulations governing all transportation activities undertaken by or on behalf of {{company_name}}.

3. Vehicle Usage
Company vehicles are provided primarily for business use. Limited personal use may be permitted with prior written approval from {{approving_manager_title}}.
