TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Travel Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} ("Effective Date"), by and between:

**{{travel_agency_name}}** (hereinafter referred to as "The Agency"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country_of_incorporation}}, with its principal place of business at {{travel_agency_address}}, and

**{{client_name}}** (hereinafter referred to as "The Client"), with its principal place of residence/business at {{client_address}}.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.1 The Agency agrees to provide travel-related services to The Client, which may include, but are not limited to, booking of flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, and other related travel arrangements as specified in the attached itinerary or subsequent agreements (collectively, "The Services").

1.2 All Services provided shall be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and any specific terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

2. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

2.1 The Client shall submit a request for Services to The Agency, providing all necessary details, including traveler names, dates, destinations, and preferred services.

2.2 Upon receipt of a request, The Agency will provide a proposed itinerary and a quotation for the Services.

2.3 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed acceptance of the itinerary and quotation by The Client, and payment of the required deposit as per Section 3.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 A non-refundable deposit of {{deposit_percentage}}% of the total cost of Services is due upon confirmation of the booking.

3.2 The remaining balance of the total cost of Services shall be paid by The Client no later than {{final_payment_due_days}} days prior to the commencement of the travel date.

3.3 Payments can be made via {{payment_methods_accepted}}.

3.4 All prices are quoted in {{currency_code}} and are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received. Price changes may occur due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier surcharges.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

4.1 **Cancellation by The Client:**

a. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Agency.

b. If cancellation occurs {{days_before_travel_full_refund}} days or more before the travel date, {{percentage_refund_full}}% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded.

c. If cancellation occurs between {{days_before_travel_partial_refund_start}} and {{days_before_travel_partial_refund_end}} days before the travel date, {{percentage_refund_partial}}% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded.

d. If cancellation occurs less than {{days_before_travel_no_refund}} days before the travel date, no refund will be issued.

4.2 **Cancellation by The Agency:**

a. The Agency reserves the right to cancel any Service if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or supplier defaults. In such cases, The Agency will endeavor to offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of payments made for the affected Services.

4.3 **Refund Processing:** Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within {{refund_processing_days}} business days to the original payment method.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, etc.) are valid and up-to-date for their intended travel.

5.2 The Client must provide accurate and complete personal information for all travelers.

5.3 The Client is responsible for travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

5.4 The Client agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations of all third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 The Agency acts solely as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide the Services. The Agency shall not be responsible for any damages, loss, injury, or expense caused by any act or omission of any such supplier.

6.2 The Agency's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by The Client for the Services.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

7.3 If negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, including any attached itineraries or schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between The Agency and The Client, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
