Preliminary Acceptance Clause

This letter serves as formal notification of {{company_name}}'s preliminary acceptance of the aforementioned product(s) on {{date_of_acceptance}}. This preliminary acceptance is granted subject to a comprehensive inspection period and final acceptance as per the terms and conditions of our agreement dated {{agreement_date}}.

Inspection Period and Conditions

{{company_name}} reserves a period of {{inspection_period_days}} days, commencing from the date of this preliminary acceptance, to conduct a thorough inspection and quality assurance verification of the received product(s). During this period, {{company_name}} will assess the product's compliance with agreed specifications, quality standards, and quantity.

Final Acceptance and Payment
