Website Design Consultation Agreement

This Website Design Consultation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of {{date_of_agreement}}, by and between:

Consultant: {{consultant_company_name}}, located at {{consultant_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant").

1. Services Rendered

The Consultant agrees to provide website design consultation services to the Client (the "Services"). These Services shall include, but not be limited to:

- Initial assessment of current website or business needs for a new website.

- Development of a website design strategy and recommendations.

- Discussion of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.

- Guidance on content strategy and search engine optimization (SEO) considerations.

- Recommendations for platform selection, hosting, and third-party integrations.

- Up to {{number_of_hours}} hours of direct consultation meetings or calls.

Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fees.

2. Term of Agreement

3. Fees and Payment

- Ensure all content provided to the Consultant is accurate and legally permissible.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the course of this Agreement as confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Any original materials, strategies, or concepts developed by the Consultant during the provision of the Services shall remain the intellectual property of the Consultant until full and final payment has been received. Upon full payment, the Client shall have a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the recommendations and strategies provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement. The Consultant's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Consultant for the Services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_or_state}}.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
