ADDENDUM TO RENT AGREEMENT

This Addendum is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

{{landlord_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Landlord"), of {{landlord_address}}

AND

{{tenant_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Tenant"), of {{tenant_address}}

WHEREAS, the Landlord and Tenant entered into a Rent Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Original Agreement") dated {{original_agreement_date}}, for the property located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Property"); and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend or add certain terms and conditions to the Original Agreement through this Addendum.

AMENDMENTS / ADDITIONS

The following amendments and/or additions are hereby made to the Original Agreement:

1. **Clause Amendment:** Clause {{original_clause_number}} of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "{{amended_clause_text}}"

2. **New Clause:** The following new clause, numbered {{new_clause_number}}, is hereby added to the Original Agreement: "{{new_clause_text}}"

EFFECT OF ADDENDUM
