AGREEMENT TO AMEND EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Amending Agreement (the 'Agreement') is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

1. {{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of {{country}}, with its registered office located at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Employer'); and

2. {{employee_name}}, an adult individual residing at {{employee_address}}, holding National Identification Document/Passport number {{employee_id_number}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Employee').

WHEREAS, the Employer and the Employee are parties to an Employment Contract dated {{original_contract_date}} (the 'Original Contract'); and

WHEREAS, the Employer and the Employee mutually desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the Original Contract; and

WHEREAS, both parties acknowledge and agree that this Amending Agreement shall form an integral part of the Original Contract.

AMENDMENTS

The Employer and the Employee hereby agree to amend the Original Contract as follows:

1. **{{amendment_number}}:** Clause {{original_clause_number}} of the Original Contract shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

2. **{{amendment_number_2}}:** A new Clause {{new_clause_number}} shall be inserted immediately after Clause {{preceding_clause_number}} of the Original Contract, to read as follows:

3. **{{amendment_number_3}}:** The Employee's annual gross salary as stated in Clause {{salary_clause_number}} of the Original Contract shall be amended from {{old_salary_currency}} {{old_salary_amount}} to {{new_salary_currency}} {{new_salary_amount}} per annum, effective from {{effective_date_of_amendment}}.

4. **{{amendment_number_4}}:** The Employee's job title shall be changed from {{old_job_title}} to {{new_job_title}}, effective from {{effective_date_of_amendment_2}}. The duties and responsibilities associated with this new job title are outlined in Appendix A, attached hereto and forming an integral part of this Agreement.

CONTINUATION OF ORIGINAL CONTRACT

Except as expressly amended by this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Original Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Original Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to this subject matter.
