3. Position and Duties

Is the employee's job title clearly stated?

Is a detailed description of the employee's duties and responsibilities provided?

Are reporting lines and supervisory responsibilities (if any) clearly defined?

Are the required qualifications and experience for the role mentioned?

4. Commencement and Duration of Employment

Is the effective start date of employment clearly specified?

Is the duration of the employment (fixed-term or permanent) clearly stated?

If fixed-term, are the start and end dates and conditions for renewal or termination specified?

5. Remuneration and Benefits
