Commission Split Agreement
This Commission Split Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of {{date_effective}}, by and between {{party_one_name}} (hereinafter “Party One”), located at {{party_one_address}}, and {{party_two_name}} (hereinafter “Party Two”), located at {{party_two_address}}.
Purpose of Agreement
The Parties agree to collaborate on {{project_or_deal_description}} (the “Project”), which is expected to generate commissionable revenue. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the equitable distribution of commissions earned from the Project.
Commission Structure
All commissions generated from the Project shall be calculated based on {{commission_base_amount_or_percentage}} of the gross revenue. The total commission earned will be {{total_commission_percentage}}.
The commission will be split between the Parties as follows:

Payment Terms

Each Party is responsible for its own taxes and statutory contributions related to the commissions received.

Term and Termination

Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information concerning the business, operations, and financial affairs of the other Party, including but not limited to, client lists, sales data, and commission structures, both during and after the term of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Entire Agreement
