EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of {{effective_date}} (the “Effective Date”) by and between:

and

“Employee”: {{employee_full_name}} {{employee_address}} ID Number: {{employee_id_number}}

1. POSITION AND DUTIES

1.1. The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the position of {{position_title}}.

1.2. The Employee shall report to {{manager_name}} and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are customarily associated with this position, as well as any other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.

1.3. The Employee agrees to devote their full working time and attention to the business of the Employer.

2. COMMENCEMENT DATE

2.1. The Employee’s employment shall commence on {{start_date}}.

3. REMUNERATION

3.1. The Employee shall be paid a gross monthly salary of {{salary_amount}} ({{salary_currency}}) payable on or before the {{payment_day}}th day of each month.

3.2. The Employer shall make all statutory deductions as required by law.

3.3. The Employee may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as per the Employer’s bonus policy, which may be amended from time to time.

4. WORKING HOURS

4.1. The Employee’s standard working hours shall be from {{start_time}} to {{end_time}}, Monday to Friday, with a {{lunch_break_duration}} lunch break.

4.2. The Employee may be required to work additional hours as business needs dictate, for which no additional remuneration will be paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. LEAVE

5.1. The Employee shall be entitled to {{annual_leave_days}} days of paid annual leave per annum, to be accrued and taken in accordance with the Employer’s leave policy.

5.2. The Employee shall be entitled to paid sick leave as per applicable labour laws.

5.3. Other types of leave, such as maternity/paternity leave, shall be granted in accordance with applicable labour laws and company policy.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1. The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Employer.

6.2. The Employee agrees not to disclose, use, or disseminate any such confidential information for any purpose other than for the benefit of the Employer, both during and after the term of employment.

7. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

7.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving written notice of {{notice_period_weeks}} weeks.

7.2. The Employer may terminate this Agreement without notice for serious misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of a material term of this Agreement by the Employee.

7.3. Upon termination, the Employee shall return all company property in their possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
