EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT EXECUTIVE WITH CAR ALLOWANCE

1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

AND

2. COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT

The Employee's employment with the Employer shall commence on {{start_date}}.

3. POSITION AND DUTIES

The Employee is hereby employed in the position of {{position_title}}. The Employee shall report to {{reporting_manager_name}} and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are customary for this position and as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time. A detailed job description is attached hereto as Schedule A.

4. REMUNERATION

4.1. Basic Salary: The Employee shall receive a gross basic salary of {{currency}} {{basic_salary}} per month, payable in arrears on or before the last working day of each month.

4.2. Car Allowance: The Employee shall receive a car allowance of {{currency}} {{car_allowance_amount}} per month, which shall form part of the Employee's cost to company. This allowance is provided to cover the costs associated with the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes, including but not limited to fuel, maintenance, insurance, and depreciation. The Employee shall be responsible for all aspects related to the ownership and operation of their vehicle.

4.3. Benefits: In addition to the above, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Employer’s provident fund, medical aid, and other benefits schemes as made available to executive employees, subject to the rules of such schemes.

5. WORKING HOURS

The Employee’s normal working hours shall be from {{start_time}} to {{end_time}}, Monday to Friday, with a {{lunch_break_duration}} lunch break. The Employee acknowledges that due to the executive nature of the position, additional hours may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

6. LEAVE

The Employee shall be entitled to {{annual_leave_days}} working days of paid annual leave per annum, {{sick_leave_days}} days of paid sick leave per 3-year cycle, and other statutory leave provisions as per applicable labour laws in {{country}}.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they will have access to confidential information belonging to the Employer. The Employee undertakes not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any confidential information to any third party during or after the termination of employment, without the prior written consent of the Employer.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving {{notice_period}} calendar months' written notice to the other party. The Employer reserves the right to pay the Employee in lieu of notice. The Employer may also terminate this Agreement summarily in cases of serious misconduct or breach of contract by the Employee.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
