Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

This Month-to-Month Lease Agreement (the 'Agreement') is made and entered into as of {{date_of_agreement}}, by and between {{landlord_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'Landlord'), and {{tenant_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'Tenant').

1. Property

The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby leases from the Landlord, the premises located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Premises').

2. Term

This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least {{notice_period_days}} days prior to the desired termination date. The termination shall be effective on the last day of the monthly rental period.

3. Rent

6. Maintenance and Repairs

The Landlord shall be responsible for major repairs to the structural components of the Premises, plumbing, heating, electrical, and other essential systems, except for damages caused by the Tenant's negligence or misuse.

7. Occupancy

The Tenant shall not sublet the Premises or assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

8. Governing Law
