Agreement
This Agreement is entered into on {{date}} between {{company_name}} ("Company") and {{employee_name}} ("Employee").
The Employee agrees to the following non-competition covenants in consideration of employment with the Company.
1. Restricted Activities
Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business that competes with the Company's products or services.
2. Restricted Period
Twelve (12) months following termination of employment, regardless of cause.
3. Geographic Scope
Within the territories where the Company actively conducts business.
4. Customers and Prospects
Employee shall not solicit any current or prospective customer of the Company.
5. Employees
Employee shall not solicit or hire any current Company employee.
6. Reasonableness
Employee acknowledges these restrictions are reasonable and necessary.
7. Remedies
Breach entitles the Company to injunctive relief in addition to damages.
8. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
