Online Promotion Agreement
This Online Promotion Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{date}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

The Company and the Employee are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Parties' and individually as 'Party'.
1. Background and Purpose
1.1. The Company operates in the business of {{company_business_description}} and seeks to promote its products/services through various online platforms.
1.2. The Employee is engaged by the Company in the capacity of {{employee_job_title}} and possesses skills/platforms suitable for online promotional activities.
1.3. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Employee will participate in online promotional activities on behalf of the Company.
2. Scope of Online Promotion
2.1. The Employee agrees to undertake online promotional activities as instructed by the Company, which may include, but are not limited to, posting content on social media platforms (e.g., {{social_media_platforms}}), creating promotional videos or images, writing blog posts, and engaging with online communities.
2.2. The specific campaigns, content guidelines, and frequency of promotional activities will be mutually agreed upon and may be set out in separate annexures or project briefs, which shall form part of this Agreement.
2.3. All promotional activities shall be conducted in a professional manner, adhering to the Company's brand guidelines, values, and ethical standards.
3. Remuneration and Expenses
3.1. In consideration for the online promotional services rendered, the Company shall pay the Employee a remuneration of {{payment_amount}} {{currency}} {{payment_frequency}} (e.g., per campaign, per month, per post) or by way of a commission of {{commission_percentage}}% on sales directly attributable to the Employee’s promotional efforts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, in all content created or developed by the Employee during the course of the promotional activities for the Company, shall belong exclusively to the Company.
4.2. The Employee hereby assigns all such intellectual property rights to the Company with full title guarantee.
4.3. The Employee waives any moral rights in such content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. The Employee agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the Company, including but not limited to business strategies, marketing plans, customer data, and proprietary content.
5.2. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue until {{end_date}} or until terminated by either Party in accordance with this clause.
6.2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{notice_period}} days' written notice to the other Party.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8. Entire Agreement
